72 hrs notice is required for general scheduled cruises. Cancellations within this time will not be refunded. Four and six weeks is required for special events.

Peak season pricing applies & we also limit our pickups to three locations only *Dietary requirements can be catered for, please advise at time of booking if required *Not wheelchair accessible *We recommend eating breakfast before boarding, as we don't accept hot food/drinks onboard for safety reasons *Please check weather forecast for Sydney and Katoomba to dress to the conditions, and dress very warmly during the Winter months, as the mountains can drop to close to 0 degrees Celsius

You MUST call us on arrival in Sydney to verify your exact pick up time and location. Cancellation charges:within 12 hours of departure 100% of fare, , 12 to 24 hours 75% of fare, over 24 hours prior - 50% of fare. Please tell us your Sydney accommodation to arrange free pick up - provide your email address or phone number. Please bring your booking receipt to present to the driver - this is your "ticket".

We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance which includes cover for cancellation costs. If you cancel your booking before departure, we may at our absolute discretion charge the following fees; 30 days or more 10% of fare 8 to 30 days 25% of fare 48hrs to 7 days 50% of fare Less than 48hrs 100% of fare
